Speakers Technical Information
All presentations should include a single slide at the beginning notifying audience members of any potential conflict of interests.
Please bring your presentations (PowerPoint or PDF) on USB memory stick. If your presentation has video or audio files embedded, please do not forget to bring the source file together with the presentation, in the same folder. All presentation materials must be submitted to the technical support team in the posted lecture hall at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled presentation or the day before your presentation if your talk is scheduled for the morning sessions. All rooms will be equipped with speakers/sound for audio/video files. We cannot accommodate overhead projections. Please note: use of personal laptops will not be permitted.

E-poster stations will be located in the Exhibition area.
